Duplicate Certificate

Certificates in Duplicate are issued at secondary and higher secondary level after fulfilling the following formalities.

1. Press cutting two in number (advertisement in any two daily newspapers)
2. Form completed as per directives given in the form for duplicate certificate + one passport size photo.
3. Affidavit.
4. Duplicate form duly attested from Headmaster/Headmistress/Principal of concerned Institute.
5. Self CNIC copy or Father CNIC copy attested.
6. Record statement from Record Section Of BISE, Mardan.
7. Passport size photograph (one).
